Update on lilo and stitch health
So allot has happened in the last few months and I will try to explain it.
Lilo, decided it was a great idea and table surf and snatch a chicken wing off the table. So after a couple of days we started seeing bright red blood in her poop, there wasn't allot of it, but I was still nervous none the less, I knew all the signs, if at any point her poop started coming out black we would have been at the vet in a half a second. We did all the right things, she ate tons of sticky rice to pad her stomach, she was still being her hyperactive self. So this went on for a day, the next day, she didn't poop at all which started making me nervous until our great gingersnap calmed me down and just told me to wait, and sure enough the next morning it came out healthy and normal! Lilo is doing great!
Stitch, on the other hand is having a handful of problems, first the hotspots healed up, but he was still itchy, still scratching alittle more than normal, so the vet put him on some medicated shampoo that he has to use every 2-3 days out of a week, which he loves, cause he loves baths!
Now for the scary part... Stitch a day ago was squinting, I made a note of it and watched it closely today his eye seemed more irritated, so off to the vet we go! Sure enough stitch has an ulcer about the size of a pen tip right on the surface. The vet said we caught it very very early and its not deep at all, and says the eye cream should heal it within the next week or so. Do you all have any suggestions on how to apply such a cream? Im worried about further aggrevation of the area.

You've been busy! Linda has given good advice on applying the eye ointment - good luck!

Update
After 8 treatments with the cream, stitches swelling and redness in his eye have gone away, I can actually see the ulcer in plain sight. Stitch for the first time in a week slept very soundly last night without panting and moving around constantly.

Stitch's eye and skin both look drastically better, stitch doesn't seem irritated or frustrated anymore. He is enjoying his three baths a week, and of course doing the pugtona around the house after his bath. He has also master the pugtona up and down the stairs which always has the family laughing hysterically.
