Behold the Power of Food!
Cornell, my nastiest pug, just let me dremel a few of his toenails! He's watched the other dogs get treats for it and one day he 'asked' to get in my lap and I've been slowly doing more and more to his paws and it paid off! I actually got to grind some of his toenails down!
Luckily, he keeps them pretty short with all the squirrel chasing he does, but I'm trying to think ahead for when he gets older. Bill Bailey needs his nails trimmed and it's going to have be done while he's sedated.

Yep, i have to do Skeeter that way. He always goes last so he is motivated by everyone else getting treats.
