Cold weather running with pug
Is this something I need to be concerned about? As winter moves in and the air gets colder, should I leave Freddy at home? Today was the coldest morning we've been out. I put him in a coat, and he loved it. I worry more about him breathing in the cold air and if that's a problem. He loves going out with me. I hate to leave him behind. We've worked up slowly and he runs the entire 2 miles with me. I just don't know if there are issues with a pug and breathing in cold air while exercising. It's not anything I've ever worried about with the big dog.

An interesting question, which I think can vary by pug.
I wish I knew. Instead, I'll just say how awesome you are!

Freddy Jones is da man! My pugs wouldn't run two blocks with me, let alone two miles!
