Cooling jacket or vests? Anybody using them
I am thinking of getting Stubby one of these cooling vests or jackets to wear during outdoor events while we are waiting to go into the ring to do obedience or rally. Has anybody used them on they little Puggies, what kind, are they worth the money and do the dogs seem to like them? Some of the big dogs I compete against are fitted with them due to their heavy coats and body size. Just hoping to get some info which I know you clever people will have. Thanks in advance

If you're going to be at outdoor events, my only advice is get one that doesn't have to be frozen or have those ice pack things in them. When travelling they can be a super big pain to try and refresh. Ones that use water or reflective solar material (or both) are going to be your best bet.
Izzie's swamp cooler is awesome, though it doesn't get a ton of use as she's pretty darn heat tolerant. Only needs it for 28C and above and past 32 i don't even go outside lol. The swamp cooler is nice because it's a vest type and fits the weird pug shape well. Plus it's very easy for them to move in as it was designed for active dogs who are hiking and climbing mountains.
