Bee Sting? Empty Bee Sting?

Post  Katie & Stella 7/7/2009, 11:02 pm

Stella has never been stung but tonight we were coming in from outside and she kept jerking around and snapping at her back paw. I didn't find a stinger but I'm wondering if I should give her Benedryl as a precaution? Do most dogs have reactions to stings or is it a case-by-case basis? Thanks for helping an over protective pug mama.

I'd be inclined to give her a Benadryl Just In Case. Penny gets routine Benadryl, and it doesn't slow her down a bit!
