My son just adopted a black lab puppy from a local rescue. The puppy, Hawkeye was transported up to Iowa from GA via Pilots and Paws. Have others heard of this group of amazing pilots? Pilots and Paws

I spent some time browsing the site.
What a wonderful thing they do!
The Pilots & Paws 5000 coming up in September sounds amazing and so honorable.

How wonderful for your son. I think I read about Pilots and Paws not too long ago. What a generous group of people!

What a neat organization, I have to say that is REALLY generous because we have looked into helping transport but it costs us so much per hour to operate our plane, we haven't been able to justify it yet, but something to look into.

Also once my husband gets his instrument rating we want to do a couple Angel flights per year, again it's super expensive to operate the plane, but a couple a year for a child and a couple a year for pets is better than not helping at all.

Yes, they've been around for a year or two.
