Chloe's appointment this afternoon.

The specialist summed it up really well... "I don't want to believe it is back already. I just don't". Chloe's neck lymph nodes are very large, the ones in her legs are not enlarged. I'm going to start Chloe on antibiotics tonight and watch her until Thursday to see if the nodes continue to grow or shrink. If they shrink, it's only an infection. If not... we'll see what we can do to keep her comfortable.

I'm hoping for the best.

Yes, it is weird to be hoping for an infection, but in this case, I hope that's what it is.

Praying the antibiotics do the trick. When LouLou was having chemo she got a MAJOR infection - the meds put her right.
