I had received an email regarding this. I've never submitted a claim for these types of lawsuits. Would it even be worth the hassle of filling out the paperwork?

Who keeps receipts for umpteen years just waiting for a class action suit? I know I fed Evo for a while but no receipts. Sheesh.

From the way it looks, you don't have to provide a copy of the receipt. Sooo, that means everyone and their brother will be applying and you'll be lucky to get $5 back!
