Good Thoughts for Daisy! UPDATE

Hey everyone...I sure could use some good thoughts for my little foster Daisy Mae! She's meeting a family tomorrow, and I'm praying they love her and can see in her what I see in her.

She has actually met a few other people, but none of them clicked. She is pretty shy and reserved at first, and I think that turns some people off. She also acts very attached to me too, but what people don't realize is that she wouldn't really even let me hold her much for the first few days and that it just takes time.

Be sure the prospective parents know that about Daisy (how shy she is at first)... I believe Vickie always gives them 2 weeks to see how it works out, anyway.

I drop off Sherman at Vickie's tomorrow AM so he can go to his trial home. The lady wanting to adopt him has his mom and one of his brothers. I can't think of a better home for him since she knows all about the health problems that whole litter had.

Let's pray for both Daisy and Sherman- that they've finally found their forever homes.

Poor girl! The absolute perfect home will come along eventually. Now that I know she won't be adopted today, I'll update the site tonight with the narrative you sent me, Reneé!
