I can breathe easier now I got a fast reply from Dane at Solid Gold after I e mailed him about SG perhaps being manufactured by Diamond in SC. He said it's now being mfd by Crosswinds (MMellenia Barley and Beef) for the past 18 months. Previously produced by Diamond Pet Foods in Meta, Mo. It is not involved in any recall. Whew!

Dane at Solid Gold was very quick to reply to my distressed e mail concerning the MMelennia kibble. I had heard other SG could be involved so e mailed him right away. I wonder when (& if) this will ever end? I wonder too how many of our beloved pets will perish while idiots manufacture lethal food or import junky food from China.
