Murphy has a loose tooth!
Jeff noticed last night that Murphy has a loose tooth on his lower front teeth. It's loose like a little kids! I'm so freaked out about it. I can't believe that the doting mom I am didn't notice it!
I just got off the phone with the vet and we have an appt. at three. Dr. H thinks he can pull it without putting him under.
Keep your fingers crossed. I'm so upset!

Poor little Murph-Man. I hope they can do it without putting him under. Give him a hug from me!

Honestly I would NEVER notice a loose tooth on Co-PIlot so don't be too hard on yourself. I hope he isn't in any pain!

Re: Murphy has a loose tooth!
We're back from the vet, one tooth lighter. The vet was able to get it out really easily and he said Murphy was a really good boy. (They took him in the back to the procedure room. I'm thankful I didn't have to watch. I was a wreck just waiting in the room!)
He's going to have to have a dental in a few weeks as some other teeth are loose but the doctor thinks he can save them. I got a conservative estimate of $250-$275. We don't need flowers at the wedding, right?
Never a dull moment. (I had jury duty this morning and I have to report back again tomorrow at 2 to be interviewed for a criminal case!)

Re: Murphy has a loose tooth!
Maybe you could make a bouquet of Murphy's missing teeth or a paper bouquet of all the vet bills lately.
I'm glad it was something simple and he didn't have to be put under.

You may have something there Sabra. I certainly have enough paper.
The worst part of the visit was that Duke had to stay home alone and he was not happy. I think this is the first time he's been home all alone. But my house is in one piece. Phew
