How can CFPR contact Dr. Greer - PDE?

CFPR has a pug that possibly has PDE (or brain tumor). His seizures are getting worse, longer and often. He had 4 last night, a 5th one while foster mom was on the phone with the ER vet. They stabalized him and she got him to our regular vet when they opened. He had two more earlier with one lasting much longer. We are all prepared for the worse and have talked about donating his body to help with the research. We are working against time to be prepared just in case.
