Question about HK refrigeration Empty Question about HK refrigeration

So, I'm headed out of town this weekend, and grandma is coming to pugsit. I would rather make thier honest kitchen in advance....so, how long would you say it will stay good in the fridge? I'll be gone from Friday to Monday.

I always used to make a few days worth and refrigerate it. I don't think that's absolutely the recommended thing to do but we never had any problems doing it that way.

Their website just says that once its rehydrated it should be treated like raw and either refrigerated or discarded, so I would think a few days worth would be ok in the fridge.

I would think that if you made up enought Friday morning that it would be good for a couple of days. Can your mom make some more Sunday?

I fix mine the night before and refrigerate for the next day. Sometimes a day and 1/2.
