I've never actually done a scrap book page, the closest I have come is the card making at Rebecca's last week, but I NEED to do a page in honor of Tiny Tim with the theme "Spirit of the Pug". I'll be back at Michael's Craft store tomorrow......

OK...as a virgin scrapbooker I have a question about one of the judging criteria..."journaling". Can I write some stuff to go with the photos or must it all be photos and decoration??

Roxane, journaling is the writing that goes along with the pictures. Some scrappers don't journal, some do a lot of journaling, some do a little. Totally depends on what you prefer. I tend to do a little journaling, even if it's nothing more than a caption under the photo.

I told Roxane just to come over and play at my house. I know it is overwhelming, but I have enough to stock an entire store. Anyone else want to come over and play and make a page for Pugsavers? I have Tastefully Simple drink buckets in my freezer!

Rebecca, that's a great way for her to do this - it's sooooo overwhelming at first. And soooo expensive to buy all the supplies. Plus, it's always more fun to scrap with someone else rather than by yourself.

This is one of those times that I wish that we all lived closer together! That sounds fun! Milwaukee Pugfest Scrapbook Contest Icon_biggrin
